The following terms and conditions, known as “Terms of Use,” govern the usage of the DHI web platform and app for handheld devices, a Digital Transformation System (collectively referred to as “DTS”), along with the information and materials available on the website www.heraizen.com (referred to as the “Website”). In these Terms and Conditions, you, as the user of the Website and DTS, are addressed as “user”, “you” or “your,” while Heraizen Technologies Private Limited, the provider of the website and DTS, is referred to as “Heraizen,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”By accessing and utilising the Website and DTS, you acknowledge your comprehension, acceptance, and consent to these terms. Your usage of the site indicates your commitment to abide by these Terms of Use, and if you disagree, you are prohibited from using the Website and DTS. Kindly be aware that Heraizen retains the right to periodically amend these Terms of Use without prior notification.

The Website and DTS is owned and operated by Heraizen Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at Ayyappa Arcade, 4011-4012, 80 feet road, Hosakerehalli Cross, BSK 3rd Stage, Bangalore – 560085.

By using our Website and DTS, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. This includes using the services only for the intended purpose, maintaining the security of your account, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and not engaging in any disruptive or unauthorised activities.

Maintain necessary subscriptions for seamless DTS operation, covering associated fees and expenses.

Conduct periodic inspections of DTS without disrupting customer operations.

Respect customer ownership of all data stored on their server and obtain written consent before sharing it with anyone.

Enforce strict privacy and confidentiality measures, including signed agreements from employees with access to customer data, and diligent protection of information using a reasonable standard of care.

The website and all its content are created and owned by Heraizen. Heraizen owns all the intellectual property rights, related to the software and platform provided for the DTS and the Website. You understand and agree that the software and platform, including any changes or improvements made to them, belong solely to Heraizen. You are given a limited licence, which is non-exclusive and non-transferable, to use the software and platform for your personal or internal business use in line with these Terms of Use.

Heraizen shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by the user while using the Website and DTS, except where prohibited by law. The user acknowledges and agrees that their use of the services is at their own risk.

The Licence Agreement between you and the Company for using the DTS shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, excluding any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be exclusively settled by the courts of Bangalore.
